The 24 ORE Group bolsters the multimedia information offering of Sole24ore.com with an increasingly rich daily schedule packed with live video broadcasts, video news and innovative video formats thanks to the enhancement of new productions and the synergy with the Group's other news desks along with the launch of new partnerships.
Weekly live video schedule
Every day at 12.30, Il Sole 24 Ore journalists host live broadcasts dedicated to the topics of savings, economy, employment, politics and global issues, featuring expert guests from Il Sole 24 Ore.
The schedule unfolds as follows: Plus24 at 12.30 on Monday focuses on asset management topics; Stories di successo on Tuesday delves into the entrepreneurial world and the creator economy; Morning call on Wednesday covers economic topics; Focus on Thursday gives an in-depth look at specific regulatory and financial matters; Macro on Friday closes the week looking at global issues in finance, economy and geopolitics.
These slots are complemented by afternoon live broadcasts covering topical news, focusing in particular on regulatory news, such as Sportello Super Bonus or the specials on the tax reform, video commentary on the headline of the day, and special interviews in the series Sport & Business, Dialoghi tra finanza e innovazione and ReImagine Talks, which explore ways to reimagine the future, not only in terms of the economy, in collaboration with the think tank ReImagine Europe. Lastly, the stock markets day closes with the video wrap up La Borsa oggi by the Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor news agency.
And throughout the month of July, Radio 24's Focus Economia will air at 5 p.m. on the Il Sole 24 Ore website.
The live video broadcasts are prominently featured at the upper section of the Il Sole 24 Ore homepage and are then organized in dedicated columns on Stream24. Additionally, viewers can access the first Sole 24 Ore videopodcast called Young Finance, a successful cross-format experiment that initially started as a web series offering financial education nuggets, later expanding into a book and then a school tour

Live Broadcasts and Social Videos
The Il Sole 24 Ore website's video production boasts cross-platform visibility expanding its audience reach: the 12.30 live broadcasts and a selection of the site's other live broadcasts are also aired on the Il Sole 24 Ore's social profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, which each Monday morning present the weekly schedule of all the site's live broadcasts. Users receive a notification informing them about the ongoing live broadcasts, and can submit questions for discussion during the live sessions. What’s more, the live broadcasts are accessible through the Live section of the Il Sole 24 Ore app.
The live broadcasts are also complemented by social videos across all platforms including TikTok: these range from captioned videos that provide a narrative on a news story edited with images, video and audio, to motion graphic videos that present analysis and rankings of Lab24's work. Furthermore, videos linked to editorial hashtags trending on the platform, such as BookTok, are available in the discover app section.
The agreement with Italpress
In addition to the internal contributions and synergies especially with Radio 24, with a view to expanding the catalogue, which already sees established partnerships with Ansa, Askanews, La Presse and the Vista agency for European politics, Sole 24 Ore now adds the agreement with the news agency Italpress; on the strength of its TV studios in Milan, Rome and Palermo and the recent enhancement of its multimedia production, it guarantees Il Sole 24 Ore a daily, 7-day-a-week supply of about 50 video nuggets both nationally and regionally that allows it to enrich its catalogue on the themes of the environment, sustainability, universities, tourism, health and sports. The agreement also includes weekly in-depth newscasts and magazines focusing on these topics.
Video coverage of events, fairs, kermises and conventions
The video production of the Il Sole 24 Ore website, which boasts average views per month totaling 19.2 million (Data January-March 2023), is also enriched by coverage of external events with video interviews conducted by one or more correspondents at trade fairs, events, conventions, and during kermises, as in the case of the four-day Festival dell’Economia di Trento or the Salone del Mobile.
