24 ORE Group has received the "WHP - Workplace Health Promotion" award from the Lombardy Region, in collaboration with the locally competent ATSs, for companies that stand out for the adoption of good practices in workplace health promotion.
In this year’s edition, approximately 70 companies were recognized, involving over 11,500 employees in total.
24 ORE Group was acknowledged for its tangible and continuous commitment to supporting the mental and physical well-being of its employees, in line with the WHP Program's guiding principles. The Group has implemented targeted actions in several areas: from the promotion of healthy nutrition to encouraging physical activity, from anti-smoking awareness campaigns to initiatives aimed at improving work-life balance.
Participation in the WHP program forms part of a broader journey to disseminate an ethical, responsible, and sustainability-driven corporate culture. Sustainability and innovation are core to the Group's values: not abstract concepts, but concrete actions. The Group has relocated its headquarters to an environmentally sustainable building that obtained Leed Gold certification, and it operates with an environmental management system compliant with ISO 14001.
Further validating this course, the property in Viale Sarca recently obtained the BREEAM In Use Part 1 (Asset Performance) certification, with the rating "Excellent" and a score of 73.7%, with standout results in the "Resources" (91.30) and "Energy" (78.68) subcategories. These results reflect the adoption of a circular economy model and the conscious reuse of waste materials - including the waste disposal system - as well as the use of energy sourced from renewables.
24 ORE Group’s commitment to conducting all activities while minimizing environmental impact and ensuring safe and healthy working conditions - preventing accidents and health issues - continues to guide its strategic and operational decisions.
