That’s exactly what Victoria does. Since 2020, Victoria has been working in the Commercial, Marketing, and Events area of 24 ORE Cultura, the Group’s company dedicated to designing and organizing exhibitions and cultural events in Italy and abroad.
Her role? Managing the entire process of an event — from client relations to operational coordination — while making the most of the uniqueness of museum spaces. “What I love most about my job is its dynamism: every day brings new challenges and new ideas. There’s always that moment during an event when everything comes together, and it’s an incredible feeling of satisfaction.”
For Victoria, the word that best describes her journey is problem solving: because even when the unexpected happens, what really matters is knowing how to react and turn every difficulty into an opportunity.
